Zadon Joins Tosh Rock for a Special Rendition of "麻雀衔竹枝" at Singapore's SG60 National Day Celebrations

SINGAPORE – This year’s National Day celebrations in Singapore will be an extra special moment for fans of local music. As part of the festivities marking Singapore's 60th birthday, Zadon, founder of Ring Road Collective, will be performing alongside renowned local artist Tosh Rock. Together, they will deliver a unique rendition of the iconic Chinese song "麻雀衔竹枝" ("Sparrow Carrying Bamboo Branches"), a tribute to Singapore's multicultural spirit and rich heritage.
This performance will be part of Act One: Our People, Our Diversity, a segment that celebrates Singapore’s vibrant cultural mosaic. The act kicks off with a performance of the theme song "Here We Are" by Charlie Lim and Chok Kerong, setting the stage for an emotionally-charged celebration of Singapore's journey. Following this, Ramli Sarip will deliver a spoken-word rendition of the National Anthem, joined by a collective of local talents including Tosh Zhang, Shye, and Pallavi.
